Flame Delights Creatives will visually transform a space by putting the proper elements together and decorating the entire space to bring the client’s unique visions, dreams (and Pinterest boards) come to life.
Flame Delights Creatives will discuss design strategy with clients every step of the way so that clients are able to control the planning activities and progress from any location in the world.
- Discuss design strategy and aesthetic palette
- Generate a floor plan: create areas for meet and greets, dance floor, photos, etc.
- Offer sketches, floor plans and/or 3D designs
- Work with individuals, hotels and vendors
- Source design elements: flowers, linens, accessories, chairs, signage, escort cards, cake toppers
- Manage rentals, table and ceiling decor
- Ensure event set-up and then return to collect rented materials
Event Planners & Masters of Logistics
Flame Delights Creatives will ensure that the event proceeds as planned and reduces clients’ stressors.
- Plan and coordinate the management of the timeline and the event's small details
- Ensure that service providers get to the venue on time
- Liaise (and sometimes interpret) between clients and vendors
- Orchestrating a rehearsal the night prior to the event and/or a reception after the event
- Manage rentals, table and ceiling decor
- Provide onsite assistance and available when the first vendor sets up until the last vendor removes their items at the end of the event
